London Teaching Pool Ltd is part of the TLTP Group, an independent supply teaching agency which has been placing teachers, support and management staff in schools across London, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Kent since 2006.

We provide staffing solutions for the permanent, long term and day to day requirements of all types of schools including Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs. Each week we place over 500 staff to more than 300 schools. We fully recognise that security and vetting is paramount in education, which is why TLTP are proud to be a member and holder of the REC Audited Award, the gold standard in safeguarding. We strictly adhere to rules and regulations and are always fully up to date on changes within the education sector. 

We understand there is no more important job than looking after today’s children and young adults.
