Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Traffic Administrator for our team in Rochester.

Traffic Administrator Role:

Joining our team, the Traffic Administrator will maintain the daily administration within the UK Logistics department and to co-ordinate the efficient running of the UK Logistics department. You will ensure all collections & deliveries meet relevant compliance with all Health & Safety, environmental and legislative criteria. Duties include:

  • Answering of the telephone in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Creating Bookings on the Logistics Database
  • Raising Orders on Ellipse
  • Supporting the Traffic Clerks and Traffic Planners
  • General daily office administration and filing

The ideal Traffic Administrator:

  • Experience and knowledge of transport administration
  • Computer literate including MS Office applications
  • Numerate with good written skills
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs
  • Knowledge of the recycling industry and waste management legislation
