Deputy Referral Manager - Outstanding Fostering Agency
An Outstanding Fostering Agency is looking for a Assistant Referral Manager to join their service in Kent.
The role will require some one with excellent communication skills, strong IT skills (especially Word. & Excel). In addition to this they must be a Qualified Social Worker, ideally with some sort of back ground in Family Placement.
The aim of the position will be:
- To assist the Referrals Manager with the end to end matching process from initial enquiry through to full service delivery
- To aid the growth of the company by placing children with suitably matched foster families who can meet the child's holistic needs.
- To take the lead on overseeing the Respite and Supervised Contact processes and managing Staying Put arrangements.
- To assist the Referrals Manager in leading and motivating the Referrals Team and provide supervision and professional development to key members of the team
The successful applicant will be joining a well established Fostering Organisation that prides itself of providing strong, stable placement for children with complex needs or have faced extreme trauma in their lives.
