We are currently recruiting for an experienced buyer / Purchaser in the Tamworth area
The new candidate will need to have the following previous experience;
- Understanding of material scheduling
- Management of Invoicing and reconciling orders
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Good communication skills (Liaising with Overseas Suppliers)
- Maximising cost savings
- Management of Supply Risk
Ideally the new candidate will need to be from a manufacturing background so they can understand technical drawings but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
Salary Range: £26k to £30k depending on experience.
This is a full time role, Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, 4pm finish on Friday.
Occasional Saturday morning working MAY be required usually around stocktake time (May and Nov) but this is all.
