Your new role

Joining our team as a Contract Manager, you will lead one of our Corporate Asset council contracts in East Hampshire. The contract covers regular reactive and planned fabric maintenance to 900 properties covering schools, police stations, care homes, museums, offices, listed buildings and new builds.

In addition, there is scope to grow the contract as part of the building fabric, mechanical and electrical project frameworks we are part of. You will lead the operational team and have responsibility for the commercial performance of your contract. Building and maintaining great client relationships and providing your customers and clients with an exceptional service will define your success.

What you will need to succeed

You will be a strong Contract Manager with experience delivering successful contracts with exceptional service and commercial performance. You will need to lead and motivate a team ensuring that the companies ethos and values are prevalent in all that we do and ensure that our Health and Safety culture is followed by not just your direct team but also your wider supply chain. You will also require:

  • Degree, Diploma, HNC in a construction, business or management discipline (Desirable)
  • Proven experience in building maintenance
  • Strong people management and client relationship management skills
