HR Transactional Services Advisor (Contract)

HR Transactional Services Adviser in Exeter required as soon as possible!

Contract - 5 months, it may be extended

Start date: Immediate

£9.91 - 10.78 p/h DOE

Full time, 37h p/w

We are looking for Transactional Services Adviser to provide HR Admin support to the HR Team.

Duties will include:

• Payroll input.
• Absence data input.
• Contract letters generation.
• Supporting a key admin function of HR.

Key skills:

• Previous experience in an admin environment, preferably in a HR environment.
• Confident at using different systems to enter data.
• Able to work efficiently and independently once initial training has been provided.
• A calm and collaborative approach with the ability to prioritise numerous conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident in liaising with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Able to work with tact and diplomacy at all times.
