Now is a really exciting time to join us. We’re recruiting for a Chair of our Group Audit and Risk Committee who will also become an Ongo Partnership Board Member to complement our existing high performing team.

We’re a not for profit group based in North Lincolnshire and work in surrounding local areas. We own and manage nearly 10,000 homes with a turnover of £48.2million per year.
We are looking for a Chair with the following key skills:
- Commercial Acumen
- Knowledge and experience of Group structures
- Finance and Audit skills (qualified accountant)
- A good understanding of risk management
- Internal controls and business assurance
We’re particularly interested in skills, experience and expertise from candidates with a finance or audit background as a contemporary Non-Executive or Executive. Experience of the social housing sector or another regulated industry would be an advantage. We want a Board Member who is happy to support our promise of everything we do is reinvested back into local communities.
Whilst we’ll only accept the best person for the role, we’d love to receive applications from under represented groups such as females, ethnic minorities and LGBT candidates to help make us more representative of the communities we work in.
Thanks for your interest and we look forward to receiving your application for the role of Chair of our Group Audit and Risk Committee.
