FLT Counter Balance Driver, Multi Skilled Operative - Leicester >

Kenect Drivers are currently recruiting for experienced FLTCounter Balance Drivers for Full-Time work with our Leicestershire based client (LE3).

As an FLT Counter Balance driver the work will involve:

• Current Counterbalance Certificate
• Previous Shovel Loader/Clamp Trucks experience desired but not essential
• Full training can be given for successful candidate
• Good organization skills, attention to detail and flexible
• 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, 12 hour days 05:45am-18:15pm
• Good communication
• Drug & Alcohol Test given on induction

Once fully trained the successful candidates duties will include:

• Using a variety of mobile plant - including approved shunt vehicles
• Loading and offloading vehicles in a timely manner, inc flat bed and curtainside
• Transporting container bins between site and compound storage area
• Ensuring plantis clean and in good working order - documenting condition and reporting defects
• Controlling the quality of incoming material on a day to day basis
• Maintaining high standard of housekeeping on site on a day to day basis
• Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation

Pay Rates:

The pay rates outlined below for this role are inclusive of holiday pay for PAYE workers. The rates listed below also apply for Limited Company drivers.

- FLT (non Experienced) = £8.90 p/h
- FLT (Experienced) = £9.73 p/h

12 hour Shifts
