The Business Support Manager role

As part of a regional management team, the Business Support Manager will co-ordinate, motivate, lead, manage and enable a dispersed team to deliver an excellent, innovative business support service which ensures that agile frontline teams are able to deliver excellent customer services. 

You will need to proactively plan and review daily workloads, managing peaks and troughs to meet internal demands, deadlines and protocols, as well as ensuring services are aligned to customer and community needs and that Southern Housing Group leads in performance and customer excellence.

The successful Business Support Manager will be a forward thinking manager, with excellent people management skills. You will be able to lead your teams at a time of change, where customer service and service delivery are a key focus. You will also deliver high quality, efficient services working collaboratively with others to demonstrate value for money in line with Southern Housing Groups Corporate Strategy.
