Our client provides facilities management, consultancy, project management and a range of specialist services and they are currently looking for a Multi-trader to be based in Sittingbourne.
Main duties
- Carry out Multi-trade maintenance which includes plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling, groundworks (not essential to be capable in every trade)
- Carrying out essential maintenance and repair work to customers home's, with a focus on Customer Care
- Carrying out repairs as effective and efficiently as possible. Ideally candidates would have experience in working in social housing repairs
- Must have Asbestos Awareness.
Candidate will be provided with Company van (not for personal use) and fuel card, company mobile phone/tablet, uniform
