What will I be doing?

The Business Support Administrator will process applications for the products Bibby Leasing Offer in accordance with the relevant policies. This includes applications for new introducers of business and also the processing of contracts when they are received and activating the agreement on the Lease Administration system.  There is also a need to deal with ad-hoc New Business-related queries in accordance with the agreed service level agreements. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Sales Managers to achieve their targets and increase profits over and above annual budget
  • Assist the sales team to maintain the relationship with existing suppliers/broker
  • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of customer services
  • Ensure that best practice is both shared and implemented within their operating company
  • Deal with all aspects of New Business administration in accordance within SLA

What do I need?

As a Business Support Administrator, you will have previous sales support or sales administration experience, preferably within a financial services environment. We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail, as well as strong numercy, time management and IT skills. Additionally, you will hold a Degree in a related Business or Financial discipline.
