Associate Building Surveyor (Permanent)
We're looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a specialist consultancy working in their Birmingham office. Whilst this is an extremely well established brand in London the Birmingham office is at present a small office, but looking to grow and develop on the back of established work already in place originating from both locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of a new brand in the region with great career prospects alongside this.
Our client primarily works with major residential and commercial developers on specialist property related matters and are already developing a building consultancy offer to sit alongside this. This is already performing well in London and they are keen to replicate this in Birmingham; there is considerable cross over and opportunity here to build on existing work and well established client relationships. This role will therefore focus on developing the Building Consultancy service and we are keen to talk to people who can see the opportunity on offer here. Fee income expectations are reasonable and there is a strong platform in place with a well established brand behind you.
Naturally it goes without saying that you are a Chartered Building Surveyor from a private practice or consultancy background. You might though be a Senior Building Surveyor who is keen to step up to an Associate level role, or even already at Associate or Director level with a proven track record behind you. Either way there is a huge career opportunity here for an individual able to build on existing client relationships and develop new ones.
