An experienced Law Costs Draftsman in Liverpool is sought by my client, a well-established national firm.
This in-house national law firm is looking for a Law Costs Draftsman with previous experience dealing with a Clinical Negligence caseload of claimant costs files. You must have experience of drafting Bills/Schedules of Costs and Points of replies & disputes. You must have up to date knowledge of CPR and legislation. You must have experience of using iDraft or Costmaster. You need to be driven, accurate and have excellent telephone manner
The salary on offer is £22,000 to £28,000 but is dependant on experience.
