We have an exciting new opportunity with a highly successful independent construction consultancy based in offices in the Birmingham / black country area. This is a small firm, but they certainly punch above their weight and have an outstanding client base which includes developers, investment firms and asset management firms, end users and others. Many of these are very long standing relationships and the firm also continues to grow and win new business.

We are now looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Project Manager from a Construction background to join their team, ideally already having experience in the Project Management / Employers Agent role. Our client works mostly within commercial and industrial sectors, primarily delivering design & build new build projects for a range of developers. We would be keen to talk to any Project managers with good understanding of the whole project process from planning through to completion. We are also very interested in your focus on service delivery and good client facing skills as this role will from the outset be very outwards facing.

There is a very real opportunity here for the right individual to grow beyond this initial role as the firm moves forward with prospects right up to Director level. Whilst they are a small team they certainly do have fun and enjoy a good office social life, so this would suit an outgoing and confident individual who enjoys a lively working environment.
