Assistant Project Manager (Permanent)
We have an Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager with a highly reputed local firm of Surveyors and Project Managers. This firm can boast of a fantastic range of schemes here in the West Midlands and London and can offer both the opportunity to gain really good Project Management experience as well as support and on the job training. They have a demonstrable track record in outstanding staff development with most members of the management team being "home grown" talent. Staff turnover is also very low.
Projects are chiefly in the private sector and are varied across a number of sectors including hotels, commercial and education amongst others. They also benefits from a high degree of client loyalty and repeat business. This opportunity exists as a result of an expansion in their workload. You will be working closely with one of the Directors so you will have great access to their support and experience.
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager with at least 1-2 years Construction Project Management experience. You should also have a qualification at degree level or equivalent in a related subject such as construction management. Experience within a Construction Consultancy would be ideal but the priority is to appoint an individual bringing ambition, talent and a determination to learn with them to this role. It's an excellent opportunity to build on your experience to date.
