Line Station Manager, (Permanent)

JMC Recruitment are delighted to be commissioned by one of the UK's Premier FBO & Aviation Maintenance Repair Organisations to source an experienced Line Station Manager.

This is a permanent role where you can be based at either Stansted or Luton with a starting salary of £56,000 plus allowances and approvals.

Reporting to the Base Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of line maintenance operations, including financial performance, at Luton Airport. Other responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of engineers/mechanics to ensure "On-Time Performance" and dispatch reliability levels are accomplished in a timely manner

• Responsible for all day-to-day activities at Luton

• Hold regular team meetings and ensure clear communication channels are open from top to bottom and back again

• Ensure the team is performing to maintenance standards at all times

• Develop sales goals and objectives with the Sales Team

• Provide guidance in the development of pricing for company services

• Effective and efficient resource and manpower management

• Keep abreast of industry developments and pass on to Senior Management Team

• Manage the scheduling of customer events and communication

• Quality data reporting

To be considered for the role of Line Maintenance Manager you will need to have the following requirements:

• EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 License, ideally with Embraer type approvals

• Demonstrable Line Maintenance management experience

• Is highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a busy working environment

• Is commercially aware, with a customer service focus and a strong relationship builder

• Leadership skills with change management experience

• Proven ability to provide effective resource management

• Has excellent communication skills, both orally and written

• Has a commitment to follow through with Health & Safety regulations
