I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a fantastic law firm based in the Nottinghamshire area.
The Commercial Property Fee Earner Role will include:
- Running a caseload with minimal supervision from inception to completion.
- Dealing with a range of commercial mattes including sales, purchases and leases, lease management, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals etc.
- Deal with client enquiries.
- Carrying out legal searches.
- Carrying out legal administration work
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exposure within a Commercial Property team prior.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Strong administration skills.
- Able to work well within a team.
