Joining our team as a Client Relationship Manager, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum as well as a range of benefits, including:

What will I be doing?

Joining our busy team as a Client Relationship Manager, you will proactively manage the client relationship, seek opportunities and determine a strategy to effectively manage the risk and prolong the client life. You will inspire the Client Services Managers to deliver an excellent operational service to the client business through their team. Through personal risk expertise, you will identify and maintain appropriate exit strategies for each client. Duties also include:

• Monitors client’s financial performance identifying opportunities and risk. Completes facility reviews, underwriting, risk frameworks and client visits as determined by the client status.
• Develops and maintains own network of business connections in the local area. Upholding the reputation of the business and demonstrating the key behaviours
• Through proactive analysis and understanding of the client business maintains client commitment.
• Through liaison with Client Service Managers ensure excellent standards of customer service are implemented and maintained.

What do I need?

Our ideal Client Relationship Manager would have experience managing a portfolio of clients through excellent customer service. You will have strong attention to detail, account management, relationship building skills; as well as possess a good financial understanding.

You will hold an ABFA Certificate, industry qualification as a minimum and have a full driving license to be considered.
