Acorn is looking for a Production Manager to join a highly successful & respected organisation in the building product manufacturing industry to join their team in Linford. Our client is looking for hard working, driven individuals who can contribute to their established team.
What will you be responsible for?
* Embedding a step-change safety culture - a high accountability model through your team
* Implement continuous improvement towards plant and production methods
* Responsible for delivering production plan volume and adherence targets
* Improve the plant OEE %,
* Serve customers with high repeatability and reliability.
* Ensuring adherence to safety standards is adhered to and improved through their team
Experience & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar role either in a manufacturing environment. You will also be / have knowledge of:
* Previous management experience
* Aircrete process knowledge - Desirable
* Hardworking
* Good attitude
* Health & Safety knowledge
* IOSH or NEBOSH
