My client is currently looking for a Head of M&E on an initial 2 month contract basis based in London.
The ideal candidate will have:
Electrical and Mechanical Engineering background
Chartered Engineer from relevant institution
Security Clearance essential.
Significant design experience in Electrical or Mechanical Services design and management, including blue light, 3rd level.
Defence estate and other complex buildings experience.
Ability to read and write in Technical and Contractual English.
Significant experience means, ability to design, understand design, contractual management, take and issue instruction without supervision.
