The Role

In this consultant role, you will be responsible for working with the directors and a recruitment team to generate profit for the agency. From generating leads to closing deals, you will be the driving force behind the recruitment cycle. Having the ability to build on recruitment methods and processes. You will also, not only have the responsibility in bringing in new business through displaying interviewed candidates, but as a consultant you will be required to display them to your own generated clients.

The Candidate

We require a consultant who has an interest in working in an office-based role. Have high levels of motivations and drive to carry out a complete recruitment cycles from beginning to end. Must be a consultant who is money-motivated and is hungry to learn/develop. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of where you had met or exceeded targets

The Package

Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is a base salary of £20,000 basic, with an OTE of £30,000 and an uncapped commission plan plus benefits.
