REESON Education are working on behalf of a large primary school located in the London Borough of Southwark. The SLT are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their highly regarded school ASAP this Autumn term or from Jan 2019 for the right person.

The school has a very clear ethos which is to provide a learning environment that empowers children to reach their educational and personal potential whilst nurturing their self-confidence and self-esteem. It is crucial to the Headteacher that whilst maintaining their high standards the school strives to make sure pupils thoroughly enjoy their school experience.

The head is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant or a graduate looking to pursue a career in Education to join their team for the new year. The role is full time working as a whole class Teaching assistant.

** Teaching Assistant ** South East London ** Primary School **NVQ3 or Graduate Degree

The role would be delivering intervention and support eg. RWI catch-up, Success at Arithmetic, plus putting up displays of a very high standard, pastoral support, and the right candidate will need to be fluent in English, with plenty of initiative and drive.

It is essential that you meet the following criteria:-

• Have previous experience within a similar role
• Are degree or NVQ educated
• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Strong level of behaviour management
• Excellent communication skills
