The Role:
As a Business Development Manager will identify and create new business opportunities, actively self-generating leads as well as utilising an extensive database. This role will involve selling the unrivalled portfolio of Corporate Travel Services, including flights, hotels and transfers. Selling across the UK market, into blue chip companies, you will be creating bespoke solutions for each client. Liaising with several C-level decision makers face to face, you will use a consultative approach and represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of sales within Corporate Travel. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills. It is ideal you have experience of selling into the Corporate and Enterprise market, with a key understanding of the hierarchy and the sales cycle. You must be passionate about the solution you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 basic, with uncapped £70,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
