The Client
We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join a well-known name within FMCG based in East Anglian who is seeking for an additional Supervisor within their high-speed production team.
The Role
As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing your team to ensure production targets are achieved and exceeded where possible. Implementing improvements to manufacturing process where possible. Performance management, training and motivation of your team. Ensuring hygiene/quality standards and processes, resolving issues as they arise. Ensuring swift product change over and minimal down time due to machinery faults. Ensuring operational plan, budgets and production schedule are met and maintained. Manage Holidays, absent, sickness, undertake recruitment and manage all temp requirements.
Key Skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Previous experience within FMCG Manufacturing
* Excellent People Management skills
* Ideally Lean/Continuous Improvement experience
* Hands on Management style
* Can do attitude
