FINTEC recruit is seeking a Residential Development Engineer for a consultancy building and engineering business in Bristol. This is a permanent position with salary £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Procure technical approvals for all Engineering aspects in relation to roads, drainage, highways etc
- Prepare drawings for technical submissions for approval.
- Providing market leading consultancy advice
- Arrange for external consultants (for site investigations, structural and civil services, topographical, environmental investigations and dilapidation surveys, flooding reports and transportation assessments, etc)
Skills and Experience required for the Residential Development Engineer role:
- Extensive experience of working with national housebuilders, and to be familiar with infrastructure design, possessing knowledge and a clear understanding of Highway and Sewer design, and Civil Engineering design standards.
- Degree qualified in a relevant disciplne
