Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for an experienced Head Asset Management to join their Property Team.
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- Assist the Director of property in the operational and strategic delivery of the asset management service
- Managing teams of surveyors and administrators
- Proactively lead and work with other "Heads of" to deliver high quality and value for money asset investment
- Ensure that financial controls are followed, monitoring budget and financial planning
Requirements for the role:
- Experience operating at a Head of Service remit.
- Strong Asset Management Experience
- A good mix between both programme delivery and strategic asset management
- Experience within Property and Housing
- Degree in surveying (RICS/MCIOB)
