Store Manager for Italian brand (Permanent)

Store manager for chic Italian brands based in the West-End.

Are you a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager looking to embark on your next career move. I am looking for an energetic, engaging individual with at least 2 years of managerial experience to head up a Prem/Lux Italian brand flagship store.

Looking for individuals:
Retail managerial experience; as you will be managing a team of 4
Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
Support the development of associates' sales techniques, ensuring utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales
Maintaining figures and generating targets for sales associates
Reporting into Retail Operation Manager
Leading by example
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise; ensure selling staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge
Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
Collaborate with Supervisor and Marketing to identify marketing opportunities to support sales Develop events/incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis on building local market
