FINTEC recruit is seeking a Property Manager for a Property Consultancy based in London. This is a permanent role with salary £30,000 to £40,000 range plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio (commercial and residential Leaseholds.
- Manage service charges, insurance and ground rents
- Manage arrears on the leasehold portfolio; including issuing reminder letters, chasing payments by email or phone;
- Handling service queries and any disputes, liaising with solicitors as required.
- Assisting with long leasehold fixed rent reviews and. Liaise with all leaseholders / tenants and contractors
Key Skills required for the Property Manager role:
- Experience with both commercial and residential property portfolios
- Experience of management of mixed use and mixed tender properties. In particular focus on Residential Long Leasehold
