Inclusion Leader - Hackney (Contract)

Here at Reeson Education we are working with a forward thinking and dynamic school in Hackney that are seeking an Inclusion Leader to work at their school ASAP.

The successful candidate will lead their Inclusion team, co-ordinate SEND throughout the school and work with team to make significant contribution towards improving the school.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about all aspects of inclusion and is knowledgeable about the current changes in SEN.
• can think strategically and act practically to promote school improvement.
• has a commitment to working in partnership with teachers, support staff, outside agencies, specialists and parents to ensure that our children are supported effectively and fulfil their potential.
  * Be able to communicate well with parents and pupils
  * has a good track record of raising standards and ensuring pupils are achieving their full potential
• is confident interpreting data and communicating this with the staff team

Essential Criteria:

All applicants must have the following:-

• Valid DBS on the update service of willing to undergo the application of one.
• Hold UK QTS with as PGCE or Bachelor of Education
• Have previous experience as a SENCO or Inclusion Leader
