The Role

In need of a business development manager with understanding of the office stationary industry. They would be expected to target various markets such as SME's and corporate organizations and negotiate with decision makers of a senior level. As this position is situated in Kent, the selected business development manager would need to be able to travel in to Kent daily. For the business development manager to excel in this role, the selected candidate must ensure that they perform a hybrid role by executing both new business and account management operations to maintain the client base.

The Candidate

The preferred business development manager must have a hunter's mentality and good communication skills to initiate this role effectively. They must always also demonstrate credibility of significant awareness for the office stationary industry and can keep the retention rate of the customer base relatively high. Work ethic is also a must as this is a high activity environment and the model business development manager would be expected to excel in these conditions.

The Package

On offer for the right candidate is a base salary ranging from £30,000 plus commission of up to £45,000. Bonuses and further benefits are also included within this amazing package.
