Job Description
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting on behalf of a largest housing providers in the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Planned Maintenance) to join their team based in Kent (With travel to various Locations Around South East).
Daily responsibilities for the successful Surveyor will include:
- To ensure that all allocated contracts are completed on time and within approved budget set against that project
- To ensure that a consistent approach to project management is adhered to and identify any suggested improvements
- Work towards budgetary controls to ensure control of budgets within quality function
- Working with Consultants and Contractors to achieve the required quality standards
- To liaise with all internal parties, to communicate the programme of works for the following year
Requirements for the role:
- Experience of planned works and large-scale projects within the housing sector;
- Proven experience of management various forms of contracts such as TPC and JCT;
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Financial awareness within a project management setting;
- Demonstrate a high level of influencing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels;
- Customer focused;
- Ability to use the full suite of Ms Office packages including MS Project.
