About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for an individual for a passion in education and a commitment to hold a position of responsibility. Classroom is delighted to be working with a series of schools in the borough of Redbridge, with the aim of recruiting a creative, enthusiastic and inspiring individual. The role of a caretaker requires an individual who is eager to immediately contribute to and positively influence the premises of the school.
You will:
- Be joining an outstanding school in the heart of the Redbridge community.
- You will be putting to use your DIY skills, highlighted by your experience in the field.
- Be keen to take pride and ownership in the school building and site, with a commitment to maintaining and improving high standards throughout the school
- You will be responsible for the security of the school premises.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with and lead a team, whilst working closely with an Assistant Caretaker
- Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- Be willing to adopt a hands-on approach
