Commercial Manager - Beaconsfield
Quantity Survey required by a local contractor based in Beaconsfield. The Commercial Manager will be working closely with the Commercial Director and will have excellent opportunities to develop their career further with a growing company.
Key Competencies:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying and / or a proven track record of relevant experience
- Have a proven track record in residential development
- Experience managing a team of Surveyors and Senior Surveyors
- Proactive and self-motivated
- A high level of drive and energy to ensure that contracts are managed safely to cost and to schedule
