An amazing award winning IT Reseller are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage and grow their customer service team.
They are looking for an outgoing, customer focused customer service team leader to:
- Lead a customer services department
- Ensure your team provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Ensure all SLA's are met and targets are achieved and maintained
- Monitor and review processes
- Suggest new ideas and approaches to provide a high level of customer service and support to the customers.
- Support and report to the Compliance Manager & Head of Compliance and collaborate with them to ensure operational consistency.
- Develop a strong relationship with all levels of the Sales Teams to increase support.
- Manage and resolve Customer Services complaints including being the escalation point for both internal and external customers, whilst ensuring solution focussed learning is embedded to minimise such complaints.
- To provide leadership, training and supervision for all employees within the Customer Services section.
- Identify training needs and support team members in their development
- Ensure that the Customer Services Team provide an enhanced service to customers on a consistent basis
- Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Support, lead and attend team meetings.
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Work with the compliance manage to create KPI reports on a monthly basis and analyse the data
- Ability to react effectively to new business proposals without compromising Customer Support quality

- Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

This role will be starting asap and will involve a two stage interview process. You will be looking after a small team in London and will need to work closely with the customer service teams in Peterborough too.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9-5.30.
