Formulation Process Engineer - Exciting Role (Permanent)

As Formulation Process Engineer in the Technology Finished Product Processing (TFPP) team you will shape the design of future and present manufacturing facilities to deliver growth, process optimization and standardization in the area of formulation production.

Your primary focus will be to support the successful execution of Capital investment projects at the manufacturing sites and external partners in Europe, Arica and Middle-East region (EAME). Being a member of TFPP, you will also be given the opportunities to influence the development of innovative new solutions which will become the next generation of the company's market-leading products.

Missions:
- Work within the multi-functional project teams to define, plan and execute major investment projects for the FPP organization (Finished Product Processing) with the expectation to take ownership of the technological aspects of the project in order to maximize manufacturing capacity and minimize production costs.
- Provide the Process Engineering capability for Finished Product Processing assets throughout Europe, identifying and delivering opportunities for innovative step-change improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the development teams, the Pilot Plant and colleagues in manufacturing sites across Europe and to lead the scale-up of new formulation products from laboratory to full-scale commercial manufacture.

Profile :
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production environment or support functions associated, e.g. projects or maintenance.
- Talent for applying engineering knowledge to solve technical problems within a manufacturing environment
- Strong team-worker, with excellent communication and influencing skills and the capacity to work independently when a situation demands it
- Capability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams within an international business
- Fluency in English - the ability to speak German or French will be a distinct advantage
