My client are looking for a multisite Maintenance Operative to ensure that the company's serviced offices are maintained to a high standard. My client will all and any qualifications but ideally looking for someone who can cover a range of areas connected to maintenance.
Required Skill/Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years in working with basic mechanical, plumbing equipment and systems
- Knowledge of various painting and finishing work.
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written skills in the English language
- Able to work full time
Only those maintenance technicians eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above maintenance technician's position
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00 /year
