KYC Analyst (Contract)

In Customer Credit and Commercial Operations Team team, the aim is simple: make decisions to help UK businesses to grow by providing lending or support in times of financial difficulties and protect customers from becoming victims of fraud. That's where you come in.

With such a critical role to play in keeping Lloyds Banking Group customers safe, we're looking for KYC Analysts to join the team. Responsible for conducting investigations on accounts displaying suspicious activity you'll have the analytical skills required to analyse and interrogate the data, using these to help you make effective decisions and recommendations.

Whether delivering difficult messages to customers or using questioning techniques to gather information, your strong communication skills will be key to your success, allowing you to communicate confidently when dealing with other industry banks, government agencies and law enforcement.
