Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Permanent)

Clayton Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with an established law firm based in Altrincham in their pursuit to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to their Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an established Residential Conveyancing Department. On a day to day basis this role will consist of working on your own case load from inception to completion, dealing with the sales and purchase residential matters including houses and flats, high value properties, lease extensions and enfranchisement, sale/acquisition of high value property such as a property with a wider estate, deeds of easement and rectification of titles. You will work under and report to the firms Property Partner, who has overall responsibility for supervision, compliance and development.

The Ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE. The salary for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor position will be dependent on your previous property experience.
