Recruitment Consultant - I.T (Permanent)

Anderselite (part of the Morson Group) are one of the UK's leading technical recruitment companies. We are currently recruiting for experienced I.T Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing I.T division based on London.

Our team of recruitment consultants have a wealth of specialist industry experience and are experts in their field, each possessing high-levels of market insight in their niche sectors. They work in close partnership with our clients to provide strategic support in seeking the right people for their business. Furthermore, we are committed to ensuring our jobseekers receive guidance, support and expertise to help them find the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will have a background in I.T recruitment and excellent experience of building relationships with clients and candidates. You will have strong recruitment skills gained in a technical role and be eager to develop your career in a successful business.

You will be proactively managing a database of clients and candidates ensuring that they are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service. You will telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards, either in person or by phone. You will resource candidates from websites and contact them to qualify suitability for roles. You will take detailed job descriptions from clients and pro actively facilitate the matching process of candidates to client requirements. You will format CV's, process reference requests, chase leads, make sales calls, and develop future business with existing and new clients.

You will be responsible for niche vertical market and will become the industry specialist and go to person for your specialist area.
