£30 - £32 per hour
NonStop's client, based in the Essex area, is looking for a Senior Practitioner who can join their Children in Need Team on a locum basis. They are happy to consider a Social Worker who is ready to step up so you will have the opportunity to progress your career.
The Senior Practitioner in this role will have a caseload of 15 cases maximum. You will also offer support to the Newly Qualified Social Workers. They offer some flexibility in regards with the working hours, meaning that you could potentially do condensed weeks or do some of the work from home. You could also at times, get in the office a bit later or finish work a bit earlier.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner with experience in working within a Children in Need Team or in a Long Term Child Protection Team. You must be registered with HCPC also. Please note a driving license is not required.
