Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Production Operative, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar manufacturing environment. You will also:
- Possess good communication skills and be numerate
- Ideally hold a fork lift truck licence
- Be a good team player
- Have experience of manual handling
What will I be responsible for?
The successful Production Operative will be responsible for actively participating in bagged products manufacturing in a safe manner. You will also take responsibility for
- Own and colleagues safety
- Ensuring product quality
- Continuous improvement towards plant and production methods
- Good housekeeping
