Learning Solutions Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated sales professional to join our client a leader in executive education and training content. The role will be focused on the consultative selling of corporate learning solutions to organizations. The position will strongly match someone with prior business development experience within training solution sales, or subscription based business information products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Developing large corporate accounts across the UK - presenting a portfolio of online training solutions and our flagship World Business Forum conference.
Research and outreach to potential new clients to generate meetings - both in-person and via conferencing.
Creating and delivering presentations and proposals.
Following up on proposals and continuously communicating new information regarding learning solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

At least five years' experience in corporate sales - ideally in the area of corporate training and learning & development (or associated sectors such as HR services, multimedia content, professional business services).
Confident business developer, able to prospect and close high value solutions
Tech savvy with knowledge of digital, multimedia learning tools.
Strong consultative selling skills
Collaborative and comfortable working in a small team environment and with international teams.
Ability to interact with a variety of clients in different sectors.
Planning and reporting of commercial activities associated with accounts.
