Role: Junior systems design engineer
Location: Portsmouth
Are you a junior systems design engineer with hydraulics experience? If so, look no further as this is the job for you!
This role would suit a junior systems design engineer ready to push on and develop your career!
Your daily role will be to design, commission and fault find on a range of bespoke hydraulic, 3 phase motor & DC motor control systems, the role will also involve R&D and design for high volume products.
Key Skills required:
*Ability to read electric circuit diagrams
*Ability to fault find on electrical control systems
*Control enclosure building, assembly and wiring experience
*A flexible approach to work, and the ability to oversee multiple projects running at the same time, with often-changing priorities
Desirable Skills:
Ability to read PLC ladder logic / PLC programming experience
*3 phase and DC controls systems design
*Able to use AutoCAD
*Ability to read electronic circuit diagrams
*Electronic/PCB design
*Microcontroller/embedded code design
