Electrical Quality Engineer (Contract)
We have an exciting opportunity for an ELECTRICAL QUALITY ENGINEER based in Reading working in the nuclear industry.
The main responsibilities of the successful Candidate will be to develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external customers on behalf of our Client.
Electrical bias with knowledge of Control & Instrumentation panel building, on site installation and testing of EC & I systems and nuclear experience would be advantageous.
You will be liaising with customers for quality control, inspection and quality assurance.
Ensuring the following records are reviewed in accordance with project requirements and procedures:
Manufacturers Inspection Test Plans
Lifetime Records
Quality Plans
Commissioning Documentation
The Quality Engineer will be involved in both on-site and off-site inspection and for ensuing constant adherence to mandatory requirements.
Closing out and reporting of any product quality issues or non-conformances.
Constant effective communications with the project and supply chain is essential to the maintain smooth running of the project.
