We are now looking to expand our team through the recruitment of a Payroll and Benefits Advisor to work in our Portsmouth office.

Our Ideal Candidate

To be considered for the role of Payroll and Benefits Advisor, you will have experience of working in a payroll function and processing monthly payroll. You will possess relevant qualifications and have a good working knowledge of PAYE and its regulations. You will also require:

  • Exposure to payroll, pensions and benefits schemes
  • Knowledge of current Employment Law and benefits legislation

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience of using the FMP Global (formerly Bond) payroll software system called Payrite.
  • Experience of working with Success Factors HRIS
  • Experience of using Darwin Online Benefits system
  • HRIS & Reward system exposure.

Role Summary

Reporting in to our Payroll Manager, the successful Payroll and Benefits Advisor will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the payroll function, ensuring compliance with the latest relevant legislation, statutory filing deadlines, and internal management reporting requirements, liaising with External Parties, HMRC, Finance and HR functions as appropriate. You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Payroll and Benefits Manager & HR Team in providing a proactive and responsive Payroll & Benefits service to all UK based Affinion International employees
  • Acting as first point of call for all Line Managers and employees on the Global HRIS
  • Contribute to the transformation & embedding of the HRIS
  • Working closely with the HR Function on key projects
