Customer Service (Temporary)
Role: Customer Service, Social Media
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £8.21 rising to £8.65 after 12 weeks.
Hours: The shift for this role is working 5 out of 7 days, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)

The Role:
This role is extremely varied as once trained, advisers will liaise with customers via both platforms (email, social media and taking inbound calls).
Responsible for handling customer complaints and queries ensuring these are resolved in a timely and friendly manner, using the correct processes.
Processing admin tasks within a timely manner
This is a fast paced and busy environment with a high volume of queries.
Organisational skills and the ability to multi task is essential.
Successful candidates will have some experience in a customer service focused role, either face to face or telephone based with proven experience of handling complaints.
In addition, you will have a passion for customer service, strong IT skills and have a flexible, adaptive approach to your work.
