Team Manager - Referral and Assessment - Up to £46,022 per annum + RR
Following a good OFSTED rating with outstanding leadership, this South London local authority is seeking Team Managers for its Referral and Assessment team. This permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority with an emphasis on low caseloads, and invests in the support and development of its social work teams.
The right candidate can expect:
- Up to £46,022 per annum
- An additional £2000 Golden Hello and £2,000 annual retention supplement.
- Low caseloads and duty held every 6 weeks to help clear off cases
- A two week protected induction programme
- Excellent Learning and development opportunities with bespoke training for every social worker
- Easy and regular access to the leadership
- Dedicated time for reflective supervision
The right candidate must have:
- 4 years post qualified social worker experience
- Extensive Referral and Assessment experience
- Experience managing social workers
- A current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.
- ASYE completed
