General Practice Surveyor – Graduate with 2 year’s experience.
Based in Central London.
Land acquisition across the UK for student housing development.

The Business Graduate role:

• Degree essential (Surveying)
• Supporting the property department strategy.
• Sourcing and supporting the acquisition of land for student housing developments.
• Extensive travel across the UK.
• Analysis and reporting for potential projects.
• Compiling reports and financial appraisals for decision makers.
• Researching plots of land and assessing total value.

The ideal Graduate General Practice Surveyor:

• Ability to listen and understand information and ideas.
• Enjoy variety and are comfortable with working on various projects simultaneously.
• Have a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation.
• Competent negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Possess required computer skills sufficient maintain file management record systems, carry out financial appraisals and research capabilities.
