- Digital Marketing Expertise
- Exposure to direct and more traditional marketing
- Management Experience
- Desire to work in a Charity
Role Includes:
- Managing the small team across Digital Marketing, Direct marketing, merchandising and projects
- Liaising with the director of Marketing and Comms on strategy
- Assisting junior team members with their professional development
- Nurturing senior team members to excel
- Turning ideas and theories for marketing into tangible plans and leading on delegating and implementing them
