We are installers of quality boilers, fireplaces and fires, and are currently seeking a Gas Service Engineer for our growing plumbing and heating business, to join our busy team based in Emsworth, Hampshire.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as a Domestic Gas Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing of domestic natural gas and Liquid petroleum gas appliances as well as diagnosis and repair of domestic gas appliances. You will also be responsible for:

  • Reporting defects to the client and advising on a repair option.
  • Issuing Landlord Gas Safety Certificates.
  • You will be required to work within occupied homes to a very high standard, with minimal supervision.

Who are we looking for?

As our ideal Domestic Gas Service Engineer, you will require the following skills & experience:

  • Must have the current ACS qualifications for domestic gas installations (MINIMUM – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CPA1)
  • Any additional categories would be helpful but not essential, training is available for additional modules including L.P.G changeover from Natural gas.
  • Full driving license.
  • Plumbing skills would also be beneficial but not essential.
  • Communication with clients and management.
